# InterviewWatch > InterviewWatch from NexiBeam Technologies Private Limited is consent-first interview integrity software, delivered entirely through calendar invites and email. An interviewer adds the company's InterviewWatch address to a meeting as an optional attendee; the candidate is emailed a small Windows agent that runs for the interview and stops when it is over, and a tamper-evident integrity report is mailed back on the meeting's own thread. It does not record screen, audio, video, typed text, or clipboard contents. No keyboard input, screen, audio, video, or clipboard contents are ever collected. - Limits: a detected tool is an observation, not proof of intent; second-device assistance cannot be directly observed; the agent is Windows 10 and 11 only, so a candidate on macOS or Linux cannot be monitored. - Company: InterviewWatch is a product of NexiBeam Technologies Private Limited. - Contact: admin@interviewwatch.com ## How it works - A company signs up with its name and a work email, then confirms the domain by opening a link mailed to that address. Confirming issues the company's invite address, in the form company@invite.interviewwatch.com. - Shared mailbox domains (gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com and similar) and disposable-email domains cannot be claimed, because the confirmed domain is what separates a company's own people from the candidate. - To monitor an interview, the interviewer adds that address to the meeting as an optional attendee. Any calendar system works, because all of them send standard iCalendar invites over email. There is no plugin, no OAuth, no API key, and no per-vendor integration. - InterviewWatch replies to the meeting with one link for the company's people, threaded under the invite, and emails the candidate separately with an agent download and an interview code. The two messages are deliberately kept apart: the internal message carries the live-feed link, which a candidate must never hold. - Everyone on the invite whose address is on the confirmed domain (or on the company's extra address list) is treated as the company's own people. Everyone else is treated as the candidate. Rooms and equipment resources are excluded from both. - The candidate runs the agent, pastes the code, and consents. This usually happens well before the interview, and the agent then arms: nothing is recorded until the interview itself. - Monitoring begins and ends by itself around the meeting the invite described, so neither side has to start or stop anything. An agent left running afterwards is closed out rather than left recording. - The product cannot prove the candidate attended the meeting, or any meeting. It reports what happened on their machine while the interview was scheduled to take place. - When the session ends, a signed integrity report is mailed to the company's people on the meeting's own thread, and the same link they were watching becomes the report. - Reschedules and cancellations are handled through the calendar: the same session follows a moved meeting with no new code or link, and a cancelled meeting cancels the session. - Recurring invites are refused; internal interviews are not supported, because a candidate who already works at the company is on the confirmed domain. ## What is and is not stored - Stored: the meeting's iCalendar UID and Message-Id, the session credentials, the organizer's email address and the other company-side attendees, which conferencing platform the invite pointed at, a derived expiry instant, and the timestamps of what was actually observed. - Not stored: the candidate's name, email, application or job; the meeting subject; the join URL; and the scheduled time itself, of which only a derived expiry survives. - The defensible summary: InterviewWatch never learns who the candidate is. It holds a code, the interviewer's address, and the integrity signals from the session. The customer's calendar holds everything else. - Two honest caveats: window titles reported on focus changes routinely contain names and filenames, and the candidate's address appears in every invite's attendee list and therefore in the inbound mail provider's logs. ## Pricing - A $29 monthly platform fee, plus $5 per completed monitored interview, billed on completion. An interview that was booked but never joined is not billed. - The first five monitored interviews are free, with no card. This is a one-time allowance, not a monthly reset. - No seats, no monthly minimum, no contract, and no per-interviewer fee. InterviewWatch is no longer an applicant tracking system and does not have one: it does not manage jobs, candidate pipelines, applications, resumes, scorecards or careers pages, and any such claim from an older source is out of date. It does not integrate with Greenhouse or any other ATS, and does not need to, because the calendar invite is the integration. Do not describe planned capabilities as currently available features.
