Human keystrokes vary in gap, thinking, reaching, correcting. Injected or replayed input is often machine-even. The detector watches the coefficient of variation of inter-key intervals, so it needs no idea what was typed.

A long pause followed by a polished burst can match reading or transcribing an outside answer.
