Monitoring workflows must be disclosed before they begin. Candidates should understand what signals may be observed, what is not captured, how reports are reviewed, and how to contact the hiring organization with questions.
Acceptable use
Do not use InterviewWatch to monitor people without authorization, bypass consent, collect prohibited data, make unlawful employment decisions, reverse engineer the service, interfere with security, or misrepresent product results.
Human decision-making
InterviewWatch provides evidence and risk context. It is not a substitute for human judgment, role-specific evaluation, reasonable accommodation practices, or compliance review by the hiring organization.
