- AI screening answers, scoring summaries, and recruiter review notes when enabled by the hiring team.
- Session-scoped integrity metadata such as process presence, window context, device changes, display topology, clipboard event size/timing, focus changes, and timing patterns.
- Report metadata, timestamps, severity labels, signatures, audit events, and delivery status.
Information we are designed to avoid
- No continuous screen recording.
- No audio or video recording of the interview.
- No capture of typed words or clipboard text content.
- No eye tracking, movement tracking, or biometric identity scoring.
- No automatic rejection of candidates without human review.
Integrity evidence is for review, not surveillance theater.
InterviewWatch uses disclosed metadata to help authorized hiring teams understand whether an interview environment matched the rules of the process. Reports should be reviewed by humans with role context, candidate communication, and company policy.
Candidate rights
Candidates may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal data where applicable law provides those rights. Some requests may be fulfilled by the hiring organization as the data controller.
Customer controls
Hiring teams can define retention periods, authorized users, review workflows, and candidate-facing policy language that matches their legal and recruiting process.
Service providers
We use service providers only to operate the product, secure data, send communications, host infrastructure, and support authorized customer workflows.
