The InterviewWatch free plan has unlimited seats and unlimited candidates. The only structural limit is two active jobs at a time. You also get the careers apply API, CSV import, and your first five interviews verified free. It is not a 14-day trial and needs no credit card.

Open a third role and you will need a paid plan, starting at $19 per month for five active jobs and fifteen seats. Interview verification beyond the first five also needs a paid plan, where it is a separate $5-per-interview add-on charged at the same rate on Starter and Growth.

Everything below is on the free plan. None of it is a teaser that stops working once you have real candidates in the system.

Unlimited seats

Every hiring manager, founder and interviewer can log in without upgrading. Adding a second or fifth person to the pipeline costs nothing.

Unlimited candidates

No applicant cap and no archiving prompt at a magic number. Candidates are deduplicated by email, so one person applying to both open roles is one record with two cards.

The six-stage board

Applied, Phone screen, Onsite, Offer, Hired, Rejected. Each card shows how the person arrived, how long they have been in the stage, and their last interview result.

Careers apply API

Your own career page posts applicants straight into the pipeline with a company apply key. One POST request, and candidates never leave your domain.

CSV import

Bulk-load applicants from a spreadsheet, up to 500 rows per file, with a per-row result telling you which lines failed and why.

Because holding a thousand candidates or adding a fifth teammate costs us almost nothing. An open role is the clearest signal that you are actually growing your hiring, so that is the one thing tied to plan price.

Is there a genuinely free ATS?

There is not much data to hold hostage. A candidate is a name, an email and a stage, with no resumes stored. Export the list and your signed interview reports stand on their own.
