In the invite dropdown these read as Interviewer and Admin/Recruiter. The calendar follows the same scoping: interviewers see their own week, admins see the company's.
Inviting teammates
Open Interviewers under Access control, enter the work email, pick the role, and click Create invite. The invite appears under Pending invites until it is accepted.
Each plan includes a number of interviewer and admin seats. If you hit the limit, the invite is refused and the fix is either to remove someone who has left or to move up a plan.
Accepting an invite
The invited person opens the link, enters their name, chooses a password, and clicks Join company. There is nothing else to configure: they land in the dashboard with their rounds already visible.
Removing someone
Remove a person from the Active team list. Their interviews, scorecards, and reports stay: the record of who ran which round is part of the audit trail and is not rewritten when someone leaves.
Reassign any of their upcoming rounds to a new owner first, so nobody is scheduled to interview into an empty seat.
Company defaults
Admins set these under Account settings:
- Monitor every interview by default: pre-ticks monitoring on every new interview. Whoever schedules a round can still change it. This is the one place to make the "we monitor everything" decision once rather than per round.
- Flag a card as idle after N days: the pipeline board's stale-card threshold. Display only, nothing expires and nobody is auto-rejected.
Insights
Admins on plans that include analytics get Insights: integrity analytics across every interview in the company, over the last 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months. It is the view for questions like whether flagged rounds are rising, and which roles see the most signals.
Your own account
Account settings is where anyone changes their password. If your email is unverified, a banner sits at the top of the dashboard with a Resend link.
Forgotten passwords are reset from the sign-in page with the Forgot password link, which mails a reset link to your address.
